Our residential treatment program is structured around three phases of care: stabilization, rehabilitation, and reintegration. Each phase is designed to meet residents at a specific point in their recovery.

Stabilization
Phase 1

Stabilization

Getting Safe. Getting Steady.

Stabilization provides a highly structured, clinically monitored environment for individuals experiencing withdrawal symptoms, intense cravings, or co-occurring psychiatric or medical concerns.

Clinical Focus

  • Comprehensive medical and clinical assessment
  • Monitoring and management of withdrawal symptoms and cravings
  • Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
  • Identification of immediate safety and health needs

Therapeutic Interventions

  • Motivational engagement and early-stage counseling
  • Crisis intervention and emotional stabilization
  • Psychoeducation and introduction to recovery concepts
  • Development of initial coping strategies

Supportive Services

  • Coordination of medical and psychiatric care
  • Development of initial treatment/recovery plan
  • Orientation to program structure

Outcome

Individuals achieve the stability necessary to safely engage in structured treatment.

Rehabilitation
Phase 2

Rehabilitation

Rebuilding the Person.

Rehabilitation provides a structured therapeutic environment focused on addressing underlying patterns and building the skills necessary for sustained recovery.

Clinical Focus

  • Individualized treatment planning and ongoing assessment
  • Treatment of co-occurring mental health conditions
  • Development of social, emotional, and behavioral functioning

Therapeutic Interventions

  • Individual, group, and family counseling
  • Trauma-informed care and behavioral therapy
  • Peer-supported therapeutic community engagement

Skill Development

  • Coping with cravings and triggers
  • Emotional regulation and stress management
  • Communication and relationship skills
  • Personal responsibility and daily structure

  • Vocational and educational assessment
  • Integration of medical and psychiatric care

Reintegration
Phase 3

Reintegration

Returning to Life.

Reintegration supports individuals transitioning back into the community with the structure and supports necessary to maintain recovery.

  • Transition planning and readiness for independent living
  • Integration with outpatient care and community services

  • Ongoing counseling as needed
  • Coordination with outpatient providers

What to Expect

A structured path from admission to independence.

Every step is guided. An initial phone and in-person assessment is required before intake and admission into treatment.

    Admission and Assessment

    Comprehensive evaluation, orientation, and immediate stabilization support.

  2. Week 1

    Stabilization and Engagement

    Medical and emotional stabilization, early counseling, and program integration.

  3. Weeks 2–4

    Active Treatment

    Full participation in therapy, skill development, and structured routines.

  4. Ongoing

    Progress and Transition

    Increasing independence, life skills development, and transition planning.

  5. Discharge

    Beyond Treatment

    Confirmed care, community connections, and long-term recovery plan.
